Introductions

I was really nervous about starting this blog.
I still am, actually.
Honestly, with soooo many blogs out there, what do I have to say that's interesting?
I'm not a mom.
I'm not a fashionista or an artist.
I haven't discovered a hidden 'talent' yet that I use to awe and captivate people.
I'm no photographer...
Olympic gymnast,
Musician,
Singer,
Dancer,
Song Writer,
Juggler,
An over-comer of some tragic accident or situation in life,
Nor an inspirational phenomenon brought on by some 'defining moment' in the public eye.

So what is it that I have that would make you want to read about my life, or ideas, feelings, or thoughts?

I don't know that I have an answer for you. Not one that will make you post it as your status on FB, at least.
All I can offer is transparency.
I try to live my life as an open book for others to read.
Not because I think I'm interesting, by any means.
But because I believe that each and every single one of us has a story that only WE can tell.
Even if we all dye our tips ombre, wear geek glasses, put sock-buns in our hair, wear skinny jeans & carry LV bags... our genetic DNA is different and that in itself means you have something that I and no one else does.

So as I share with you what makes me ME, I encourage you to find the voice and courage to share with others what makes you YOU

Because
you are valuable.
You are unique.
You are special (even if you don't know why or how),
and that's worth discovering and talking about.
